Just stared going there tor my Prescriptions. Excellent Prices. The Staff are very nice and pleasant. I would recommend this Pharmacy to Anyone.

I've been a patient-Customer of Prime Care Pharmacy for a Decade Or more even before their store relocated down the street closer to that pizza place while still named 7-Hills. I cannot say enough Good things about my experiences here; always treated with respect. They Work toward my health. Rare. Consistently Taking the time to do things Right. That’s it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an Exceptional Pharmacy. I have known the owner since moving to Springhill some 16 years ago and have come to Know his *Minimum Standard for Doing Business in General, to be Exceptional... everyone with whom I’ve dealt there reflects this. Initially transferred all My meds over to them long ago when it became clear the only way to be treated well and taken seriously as a patient was to have a Privately Owned Pharmacy handle my medication needs. It was the Right Choice. I’ve never looked back. Despite being a complex patient, they’re always willing to provide & share info on Medication, options and alternatives where appropriate. They’re informed and Informative. What else does one need? I also transferred all my moms prescriptions to them many years ago as she’d been having real problems with the Bigger Chain stores & Getting Lost* by their ever-Revolving personnel. And as far as I’m aware Prime Care Pharmacy honors nearly any insurance companies drug plan. There’s never been a problem for me getting any medications I’ve needed and I do believe they’ll deliver in some instances. Do yourself a favor. Give’m a Call.

First, the STAFF are what MAKES THIS PHARMACY OUTSTANDING! 🤩 They are SUPER HELPFUL and FAST SERVICE. I’ve been with this place for almost 5 year’s now and will never go any other place. If there is an issue with anything, they let me know and will find a way to fix it right away! It’s like “family” here….. I appreciate & Thank you for everything you do for me!!

Pharmacists are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive.! Being a previous Cvs/ Walgreens member.. I can proudly say that I couldn’t be happier to have switched to Prime Care pharmacy !! They always have my Medications ready and Filled on time. If there’s any issues with prescriptions or insurance They’ll immediately reach out to whom they have to contact ,and get the situation resolved. Prime Care pharmacists are very personable.!! They know me by name and Face the moment I walk in the door.and the best part is there’s never a line. :)

I started using this Pharmacy after a friend of mine recommended it, as the Pharmacy I was using was way too expensive and far from home. I'm so happy that I switched! They are more than friendly, fast and professional. Plus they saved me money & are right down the street from my house. Won't go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful pharmacy and the Pharmacist cares about their patients. I’m very grateful I found them and I can see why they have been awarded Best of the Best for Hernando County because they are the best! The Pharmacist even taught me some things and educated me. They are quick and even send a text when your medication is ready. They have the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you so much. I will never go to any other pharmacy for my needs. BEST Pharmacy in Hernando County!! I absolutely love this pharmacy! The pharmacists are extremely polite and treat you with the utmost respect. They are super helpful and always make you feel welcome. You never have to wait long. They get your medications ready very quickly. They even send you a text message letting you know that your medications are ready or due to be filled. I'm so glad I found this place. I can't express enough if you want a Dependable and sufficient Pharmacy this is your place. Definitely don't ever plan on changing pharmacies.

So glad I made the change to Prime Care. The pharmacist and other gentleman were very welcoming, answered all my question, explained everything to me, professional, warm atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about this place . They also have a variety of over the counter products. had no problem taking me as a new patient. They swiftly got my medication together without a wait. Highly recommended!!! Support small businesses. Check them out instead of CVS , Walgreens, etc. You'll be surprised the personal care you get ! 👍👍👍

I just had to switch here abruptly after my old pharmacy closed and Walgreens who was supposed to take over lost all of my prescriptions. Extremely impressed with my first experience. I didn't have to even give them any info, not even my ins card, they got it all from my doctor. I started getting texts informing me of every step of getting my rx filled, again without even having to ask. Walgreens couldn't figure out how to fix my alerts for years. Very friendly pharmacists compared to the rude headless chickens at the big 2. Support your local pharmacy and you won't be disappointed!
